QRgen provides tools for generating both static and dynamic QR codes. Static QR codes are accessible without an account, while dynamic QR codes require users to register and maintain an active, paid subscription.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to all users regardless of location or age. However, to create an account and access paid features (such as dynamic QR codes), you must be legally eligible to enter into a contract and authorize payments through a third-party processor (typically 18 years of age or older).

3. Accounts and Access

To access dynamic QR code features, you must:

• Create an account
• Maintain an active subscription
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free Trial and Payments

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users who subscribe to a dynamic QR code plan. After the trial period, charges will apply unless you cancel your subscription.

No refunds are provided after the free trial ends.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malware or harmful content
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Generate QR codes for unlawful or misleading purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All content, branding, and software associated with QRgen are the intellectual property of QRgen or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRgen and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
